Who’s behind ZOEI
Designed by Jenn Sinclair.
ZOEI was designed by Jenn Sinclair, director of Comma Projects, with Emma Butterworth Architects. Jenn’s background is in architecture and business management, and the house carries the ideas her practice is known for: clay brick that runs through the house like a ribbon, a five metre skylight that washes over a full height brick wall, and a curved kitchen island that softens all of it.
Completed in 2025, it is now open to photographers, brands and creatives who want those same textures and that same light in their work.
